1. Booking of Tours:
When you are ready to proceed with your booking, you will be required to deposit 20% of the total tour price as a prepayment for your booking. In addition to 100% of the fare, you will have to pay us the full amount for air/train tickets.
· When we receive the first payment, we will begin booking your hotel, booking your tickets, start to plan the necessary arrangements for your trip to inform you.
· After that, you will be assigned a storage cap. You will now pay a promotional 30% of travel expenses.
· The remaining 50% of travel expenses can be paid 30 days before arrival in India.
· Note that prices are based on current price fluctuations. Therefore, the final cost will be based on the oscillations, if any, and will be adjusted according to the payment receipt.
· ** During the high season of Christmas and New Year (December 20 to January 5), a full prepayment is required.
2. Amendment to a Booked Tour
· We do not recommend changes to certification agreements. But if you need to make changes to contracts already signed, as we are flexible we will do everything possible to get the changes done, depending on the availability of different parts of the trip, to new needs. However, changes will be subject to certain minimum changes/administration fees.
3. Cancellation of a Booked Tour
· We would never appreciate your decision to cancel your trip to India, but we know there are many compelling reasons for this to happen. Cancellation must be mentioned to us in written and comes into effect on the day the Yattri receives it.
4. The following cancellation charges will apply: -
· If the cancellation is 30 days or more before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded from "travel expenses".
· If the cancellation is 20 days to 60 before arrival, 30% of the deposit will be refunded from "travel expenses"
· If the cancellation is 60 days to 45 before arrival, 20% of the deposit will be refunded from "travel expenses"
· If the cancellation is 45 days or more before arrival, - No Refund
